We move money and power closer to communities, facilitating the creation of spaces where bold ideas can thrive. We then ensure that those ideas are tested, without the fear of failure or the need for expansion.
4.0 identifies, recruits, upskills, and invests in the education leaders of tomorrow. These leaders already possess a deep understanding of their communities’ challenges and have the imagination to create a more equitable education ecosystem with them.
