Time to rethink school

The average life expectancy of a multinational corporation is between 40 and 50 years.

The design of our current education system dates back to the late 19th Century.

“Our high schools—even when they’re working exactly as designed—cannot teach our kids what they need to know today.” —Bill Gates, Microsoft

“Figuring out how to master this process of failing fast and failing cheap and fumbling toward success is probably the most important thing companies have to get good at.”
—Scott Anthony, Innosight

We've got to be willing to rethink everything.

What We Do

Connect.

We bring together educators and folks who don't normally engage in education to spark better dialog about the future of schooling.

Prototype.

We invite the most capable and curious members of our community into the 4.0 Lab to find the right problems then test new solutions with real users.

Launch.

We assemble diverse teams of people who show the most potential in the Lab and provide them coaching, financial support, and access to partner incubators to launch new ventures and schools.
