Prototyping Bootcamp

Everyday, talented developers are building products void of the teacher’s perspective, while teachers are often brainstorming solutions to challenges in their classrooms without the technical expertise. At 4.0, we believe the future of school will be built when these two traditionally disparate worlds become more intentional about mixing. To facilitate this mixing, we’ve partnered with EDesignLab to build a 12-week Prototyping Bootcamp. Over a series of meet ups and field testing opportunities, a community of educators and technologists will concept and prototype digital learning experiences that can be put to the test in diverse learning environments.

So, What Exactly is a Prototype?

A prototype is a model used to test and evaluate a design, prior to full-scale production. In short, a prototype allows the user to tangibly engage in the interactions that make up the total experience you want feedback on.
